Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, all educational institutions admitted to the privileges of the Board of Secondary Education in respect of 1 [High School, Higher Secondary School and Elementary Teacher Training Education] shall after the commencement of this Act, be deemed to be admitted to the privileges of the Board under this Act.
