(l) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Anatomy Act, 1959. (2) It extends to 2 [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir]. (3) This section shall come into force at once and the remaining sections shall come into force on such date and in such area as the Government may by notification in the * [Government Gazette], direct.
