Every such application shall be supported by a duly sworn affidavit and shall include (a) a description of the undertaking and of the route to be followed by the proposed aerial ropeway ; (b) a description of the system of construction and management and the advantages to the community to be expected from the aerial ropeway ; (c) an approximate estimate of the cost of construction thereof ; and (d) such maps, plans, sections, diagrams and other information as the Government may require in order to form an idea of the proposal.]
