Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 3 or Section 5, no reference shall be made to a Tribunal of any dispute that may arise regarding any matter which may be referred to arbitration under the River Boards Act, [1956]. Substituted for "1955" by Act 36 of 1957, Section 3 and Schedule II.
