(1) This Act may be called the Indian Institutes of Management Act, 2017. (2) It shall come into force on such date2 as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act. 31/01/[Vide Notification No. S.O. 149(E), dt. 11/01/2018].
