(1) The College Development Council shall be responsible for admitting Colleges to the privileges of the University. (2) The constitution of the College Development Council, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be prescribed by the Statutes: Provided that the College Development Council shall have adequate number of members from amongst the Scheduled Tribes.
