Section 6 substituted vide H.P. Act No. 10 of 1983. THE HIMACHAL PRADESH WATER SUPPLY ACT, 1968 5 development, management or control of a water supply scheme. (2) In case there is no beneficiary and a water supply scheme is managed by the State Government directly, the consumer shall be liable to pay the water rate to the State Government.
