Powers of Commission to make regulations.—(1) The Commission may, with the prior approval of the Government, make regulations consistent with the Act and the rules made thereunder generally to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) All regulations made by the Commission under the Act shall be subject to the condition of previous publication. 15 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH WATER CESS ON HYDROPOWER GENERATION ACT, 2023 (3) Every regulation made by the Commission shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the State Legislative Assembly.
