Submission of sanctioned scheme for usage of water by the user.—Any user intending to install a scheme requiring usage of water (non- consumptive use) for the purpose of generation of hydropower shall submit detailed project report of the scheme, duly sanctioned by the Director of Energy or Central Electricity Authority or any other authority as the case may be accompanied with application fee for registration under the Act in the manner as may be prescribed.
