Repeal and Savings. ------------- THE HIMACHAL PRADESH VILLAGE COMMON LANDS VESTING AND UTILIZATION ACT, 1974. (Act No.18 of 1974) AN ACT to provide for vesting and utilization of village common lands in the State of Himachal Pradesh. The Act was passed by the Legislative Assembly, Himachal Pradesh on 11.4.1974. Received the assent of the President of India on 9.8.1974 and thereafter the Act was published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh Extraordinary dated 29.8.1974 as Act No.18 of 1974.
