Repeal and savings.- The enactments mentioned in schedule to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column thereof with effect from the coming into force of this Act: Provided that anything done or any action taken (including any noti- fication, direction, licence or notice issued, rules made and any proceedings commenced or continued) under any of the enactments hereby repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act. 8 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH VACCINATION ACT, 1968
