Repeal.-(l) The Himachal Pradesh Urban Rent Control Rules, 1973 are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said rules shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules, as if these rules had come into force on the day on which such thing was done or action was taken.
