Substituted for “the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911” by A.O. 1973. THE HIMACHAL PRADESH URBAN ESTATES (DEVELOPMENT AND 7 REGULATON) ACT, 1968 (5) Every notification made under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly while it is in session and if, before the expiry of the session in which it is so laid or the session immediately following, the House agrees to make any modification in the notification or the House agrees that the notification should not be made, the notification shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be, so, however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that notification.
