Act to have an overriding effect. ____________ 4 THE ATAL MEDICAL AND RESEARCH UNIVERSITY, HIMACHAL PRADESH ACT, 2017 THE 1[ATAL MEDICAL AND RESEARCH UNIVERSITY, HIMACHAL PRADESH] ACT, 2017 (ACT NO. 11 OF 2017)2 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 15th September, 2017 and was published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, dated 21st September, 2017, pp. 6142-6185). An Act to establish and incorporate a University in the State of Himachal Pradesh to be known as “the 3[Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh]” for the purpose of affiliating and teaching and ensuring proper and systematic instructions, training and research in the Modern System of Medicine and the Indian System of Medicine. Amended, repealed or otherwise affected by,- H. P. Act No. 8 of 20194, assented to by the Governor on 1st May, 2019, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra (e- Gazette), Himachal Pradesh on 8th May, 2019, pp. 1577-1579.
