An Act to establish and incorporate a University in Himachal Pradesh. Amended, repealed or otherwise affected by,- (i) The Himachal Pradesh Adoption of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1973, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated the 20th January, 1973, pp. 91-112, effective from 25th January, 1971. (ii) H.P. Act No. 20 of 19742, assented to by the Governor on 19th September, 1974, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated the 28th September, 1974, pp. 1361-1362). (iii) H. P. Act No. 13 of 19793, assented to by the Governor on 16th June, 1979, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated the 19th June, 1979, pp.1936-1937. (iv) H. P.
