Disputes.- If any question arises whether any person has been duly appointed or elected as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final. 1[46. Transitional powers.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the first members of the Court, the Executive Council, the Academic Council, and the Board of Management shall be nominated by the Chancellor and they shall hold office for a period not exceeding three years as may be provided in each case in the Statutes to be framed under section 38].
