Finance Committee, its powers and duties.- (l) There shall be a Finance Committee for the University, consisting of- (i) Vice-Chancellor, who shall also be the ex-officio Chairman of the Committee; (ii) Finance Secretary to the Government or his representative; 1[(ii-a) Principal Secretary or Secretary (Agriculture) to the State Government;
