Power to make rules.-(l) The State Government may make rules for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for- (a) the form of application for the grant of permission under section 4, the particulars it may contain, the fees which should accompany it and the manner of depositing such fees; and 16 Added by H.P.
