Short Title, extent and commencement.- (1)This Act may becalled the Himachal Pradesh Transfer of Land (Regulation) Act, 1968. (2) It extends to such' area of the State of Himachal Pradesh, asfrom time to time be notified in the Official Gazette. (3) It shall come into force at once.
