Repeal and savings. ___________ 4 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND REGISTRATION ACT, 2002 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND REGISTRATION ACT, 2002 (Act No. 15 of 2002)1 (Received the assent of Governor on the 24th June, 2002 and was published in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra- ordinary), dated 28th June, 2002, pp. 771- 823). AN ACT to re-enact a law relating to registration of persons engaged in tourist trade, constitution of the Tourism Development Board and other matters connected therewith. Amended, repealed or otherwise affected by,- (1) H.P. Act No. 30 of 20112 assented to by the Governor on the 24th May, 2011, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 27th May, 2011, pp. 900- 902. (2) H.P. Act No. 14 of 20203assented to by the Governor on the 12th November, 2020, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh dated 17th November, 2020, pp. 5212-5216.
