Travel agent, guide and adventure sports operator not to demand tips etc.- The travel agent or guide or adventure sports operator, as the case may be, shall not demand tips, gratuity, presents or commission other than the rates as fixed under section 32 from any person engaging him or from any tourism unit operator in whose tourism unit such person resides or intends to reside.
