Registration of the travel agent or guide.- (1) No person shall carry on the business of a travel agent or a guide unless he is registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act: Provided that no person shall be eligible to be registered as a guide, unless he possesses such qualifications as may be prescribed: Provided further that notwithstanding any prescribed qualification, the persons who are working as guides, on the date of commencement of this Act, shall ipso-facto be registered as guides.
