Employees of Board.- (1) The Government may depute to the service of the Board such of its employees from the Tourism Department or from any other Department as it consider necessary. (2) The service conditions of deputed employees shall be such as may be prescribed by the Government from time to time. (3) The Board may employ any person on contract basis as it may consider necessary on such terms and conditions as may be determined by it.
