Time for reduction to take effect.-(1) Unless the court decreeing a reduction of rent otherwise directs, the reduction shall take effect from the commencement of the agricultural year next following the date of the decree. (2) A court decreeing a reduction of rent shall specify in the decree the date on and from which the reduction is to take effect. MAXIMUM RENTS
