Repeal and Savings.—(1) The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Act No. 16 of 2010) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed, which is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if this Act was in force at the time such thing was done or action was taken and shall continue to be in force, unless and until superseded by anything done or any action taken under this Act.
