AN ACT to repeal the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 2005 (Act No. 15 of 2005). BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
