Appointment and constitution of committees.- (1) The Board may appoint such committees as are deemed proper for the furtherance of any of its objectives. (2) Every such committee shall consist of such members of the Board and of such other persons, if any, as the Board may think fit. (3) Every such committee may co-opt persons to be members from amongst the members of the Board to the extent of one-third of the members appointed to it. (4) The term of the members shall be as prescribed by regulations.
