Officers of the Board.- Subject to other provisions of this Act, the following shall be the officers of the Board, namely:- (1) the Chairman; (2) the vice-chairman (3) the Secretary to the Board; and (4) such other officers as may be declared by the regulations to be the officers of the Board.
