Medical facilities.-(1) Notwithstanding anything contained inany other law for the time being in force, every person holding, for the time being, any of the following offices shall be entitled to such medica1 facilities for himself and for members of his family as may be prescribed by rules made by the State Government in this behalf, namely:- (i)the Speaker or the Deputy Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly; (ii)a Minister or a Deputy Minister of the State of Himachal Pradesh; or (iii)a Memberof the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. (2) All rules with regard to accommodation in hospitals and n1edical treatment applicable to officers mentioned in sub-section (1), immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall continue in force till the rules under this Act are made.
