Officers and employees of Council.— (1) The Council may appoint such officers and employees as may be deemed necessary for smooth functioning of the Council. 9 The Himachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council (Establishment And Regulation) Act, 2018 (2) The terms and conditions of the service of the officers and employees of the Council shall be such, as may be prescribed.
