Meeting of Council.—(1) The meetings of the Council shall be held as per requirement. However, it shall be mandatory to convene at least one meeting in six months. (2) The Member-Secretary of the Council shall convene the meeting of the Council on the advice of the Chairperson. (3) The quorum of the meeting of the Council shall be one-third of the total members including the Chairperson and Member-Secretary.
