Term of office and conditions of service of Chairperson and Members.- 1[(1) The Chairperson and non-official members shall hold office during the pleasure of State Government but not exceeding three years.] (2) The Chairperson or a non-official member may, at any time, by writing and addressed to the State Government, resign from the office of the Chairperson or of the office of the member.
