THE HIMACHAL PRADESH STATE COMMISSION FOR WOMEN ACT, 1996 3 (c) "Member" means a Member of the Commission and includes the Chairperson and the Member-Secretary ; (d) "National Commission for Women" means the National Commission for Women constituted under section 3 of the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 (20 of 1990) ; (e) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act ; and (f) "Women" includes female-child or adolescent girl.
