Power of Board to make regulations.-(1) The Board may make regulations, consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, for the carrying out of all or any of its purposes. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the Board may make regulations regulating or determining all or any of the following matters, namely:- (i) the time and place of its meetings; (ii) the manner in which notice of meetings shall be given; (iii) the conduct of proceedings at meetings; (iv) the division of duties among the members of the Board; and (v) the appointment, duties and procedure of special committeesconsisting wholly of members of the Board or partly of such membersand partly of other persons.
