Act No. 20 of 2012. 22 THE SRI SAI UNIVERSITY (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2010 (3) If the University fails to comply with the recommendations made under sub-section (2) within a reasonable time, the Government 1[or the Regulatory Commission, as the case may be,] may give such directions as it may deem fit which shall be binding on the University.
