Repeal of Act No. 13 of 2005 and saving.-(1) The Himachal Pradesh Sports (Registration, Recognition andRegulation of Associations) Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the principalAct ) is hereby repealed. (2) The repeal of the principal Act shall not affect— (a) The previous operation of, or anything duly done or sufferedunder the principal Act, or (b) Any right, privilege or obligation or liability acquired, accruedor incurred under the principal Act, or (c) Any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect ofany offence under the principal Act, or (d) Any investigation, legal proceedings or remedy in respect ofany such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeitureor punishment as aforesaid, 1 Passed in Hindi by the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.
