Registration.— If the Registrar is satisfied that a Society has complied with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and that its proposed regulations are not contrary to the said provisions, he shall register the Society and its regulations on payment of such fee as may be prescribed and shall issue a certificate of registration.
