Power to exempt.—TheState Government may by an order in writing,— (a) exempt any Society or class of Societies from the application of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder; and (b) direct that any such provisions shall apply to such Society or class of Societies to such extent as may be specified in the order.
