Appeal.—(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order passed under this Act, may prefer an appeal within a period of ninety days from the date of passing of such order to the Director. (2) Every appeal preferred under this section, shall be heard and disposed of in such manner, as may be prescribed. (3) Every order passed by the Appellate Authority under this section shall be final.
