Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings will lie against the Chairperson or the member of the State Single Window Clearance and Monitoring Authority or the State THE HIMACHAL PRADESH SINGLE WINDOW (INVESTMENT, PROMOTION 13 AND FACILITATION) ACT, 2018 Review Committee or any employee of the Government, of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done, under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
