Protection of officers and their agents from personal liability.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any public servant or any other person in the service of the Central or State Government, or the Government of Himachal Pradesh, acting under direction of any such public servant, for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made thereunder.
