Powers to relax

Powers to relax.- The State Government may, in the public interest, relax any of the provisions of this Act, for any class of persons or in respect of any road included in Schedules-I and II, for reasons to be recorded in writing, for a period not exceeding seven days at a time: Provided that no such relaxation shall be made in respect of the Core Mall Road.
