An Act to provide for the establishments of the Himachal Pradesh Scheduled Castes 3[and Scheduled Tribes] Development Corporation. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Thirtieth year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER-I PRELIMINARY
