Land Development and Finance Fund.- Save as otherwise provided in sections 19, 20, 21, 6[22, 23 and 23-A]- (1) to the Development and Finance Fund shall be credited all amounts that are received by the Corporation from any source whatsoever; (2) all amounts that are expended by the Corporation shall be debited to this Fund.
