General Fund.- The Cluster University shall establish a fund, which shall be called the General Fund to which following shall be credited, namely:- (a) grants received from the Centre Government or the State Government; (b) fees and other charges received by the Cluster University; (c) any income received from consultancy and other works undertaken by the Cluster University; (d) bequests, donations, except from parents and students, endowments and any other grants; and (e) all other sums received by the Cluster University.
