Act to have overriding effect. _______________ THE SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL CLUSTER UNIVERSITY, MANDI, 3 HIMACHAL PRADESH (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2018 THE SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL CLUSTER UNIVERSITY, MANDI, HIMACHAL PRADESH (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2018 (ACT NO. 6 OF 2018)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 18th May, 2018 and was published both in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh dated 24th May, 2018, pp. 1800-1854). An Act to establish and incorporate a Cluster University in the State of Himachal Pradesh to be known as “the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh’’ for the purpose of affiliating, teaching and ensuring proper and systematic instructions, training and research in the Higher Education system. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
