Authorities of the Cluster University.- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (a) the Governing Body; (b) the Board of Management; (c) `the Academic Council; (d) Finance Committee; (e) Building and Works Committee; (f) Board of Studies; and (g) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
