THE SARDAR PATEL UNIVERSITY MANDI, HIMACHAL PRADESH 3 (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2021 THE SARDAR PATEL UNIVERSITY MANDI, HIMACHAL PRADESH (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2021 (ACT NO. 3 OF 2022) 1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 5th February, 2022 and published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (e- Gazette), dated 10th February, 2022, pp. 7754-7797). AN ACT to establish and incorporate a University in the State of Himachal Pradesh to be known as “The Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh” for the purpose of affiliating, teaching and ensuring proper and systematic instructions, training and research in the Higher Education system. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Seventy-second year of the Republic of India as follows:-
