Miscellaneous.- (1) If any elected or nominated member of the Court, the Executive Council and the Academic Council or anybody or Committee of the University ceases for any reason to be a student, teacher or an employee in which capacity he was elected/nominated he shall cease to be a member and his office shall become vacant. (2) If a person who is member of any authority of the University, as a representative of another body, whether of University or not, or any person who becomes a member of any authority of the University by virtue of the office held by him he shall cease to be a member of such authority, if before the expiry of the term of his membership, he ceases to be a member of that other body by which, or he ceases to hold such office by virtue of which, he was nominated, appointed or elected, and his office shall become vacant.
