Bar to legal proceedings.-( 1) No suit, prosecution or other legol proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance af this Act or the rules mode thereunder. p) Na suit ~r ofher legal proceed~ngs shall lie again~t the Government for any damage co used by anything which is in good faith done or mtended to be done to pursuance of this Act of the rules made thereunder.
